NGC5248   This image is a composite of ten 60sec exposures through a clear filter added to 60sec exposures through red, green (V), and blue filters.
NGC6302 Bug Nebula This image is a composite of four 60sec exposures through a clear filter added to 60sec exposures through red, green (V), and blue filters.
NGC6709   ngc6709.jpg (31357 bytes)
AP7 Image
This image is a composite of 5 one-minute exposures combined by median addition.
NGC6738   ngc6738.jpg (42905 bytes)
AP7 Image
This image is a composite of 5 one-minute exposures combined by median addition.

ngc6772color.jpg (61233 bytes)
AP7 Tri-Color Image
The black & white image is a composite of 15 one-minute exposures combined by median addition.

The color image is a combination of five 60-second Red (R), five 60-second Green (V), ten 60-second Blue (B), and ten 60-second black white images. The black and white images were median combined to make a Luminance (L) image. These color filter and Luminance images were combined into a final color image.

AP7 Tri-Color Image
The AP7 tri-color image consists of three 60-second black & white images combined to form a luminance image used with three 60-second Red (R), three 60-second Green (V), and five 60-second Blue (B) images to make a final color image.
NGC6804

This image is a composite of 3 one-minute exposures combined by median addition.
NGC6814   ngc6814.jpg (31875 bytes)
AP7 Image
This image is a composite of ten one-minute exposures combined by median addition.
NGC6888 Crescent Nebula This AP7 tri-color image consists of five 60-second black & white images combined to form a luminance image used with one 60-second Red (R), one 60-second Green (V), and two 60-second Blue (B) images to make a final color image.
NGCCC6992 Veil Nebula VeilColor.jpg (58941 bytes) AP7 Color Image.
NGC7293 Helix Nebula HelixColor.jpg (36713 bytes) The image quality for this object is poor. It suffers from the relatively small size of the telescope used for the imaging and from the fact that the object is faint and lies in the southern sky, such that it is always in the light pollution of Tucson. The 3towers Observatory is in the northern edge of the Tucson suburban area.

AP7 Color Image
The KX260 image is a composite of 8 one-minute exposures combined by median addition.

The AP7 image is a composite of ten one-minute exposures combined by median addition.

The AP7 color image consists of three 60-second black & white images through a clear filter combined to form a luminance image used with one 60-second Red (R), one 60-second Green (V), and two 60-second Blue (B) images to make a final color image.

NGC7635 Bubble Nebula Bubble.jpg (42141 bytes)

The black & white image is a composite of eighteen 60sec exposures added together.

The AP7 tri-color image consists of five 60-second black & white images combined to form a luminance image used with one 60-second Red (R), one 60-second Green (V), and two 60-second Blue (B) images to make a final color image.
