image. IC434 is a large emission nebula, the edge of

surrounds the bright 7.7 magnitude star in the lower
right hand corner. The Horsehead Nebula is part of the
IC434 complex. |

power wide field views, it appears as if it is a small
satellite to M35. It is probably an unrelated background

green (V), and 40 second blue exposures combined to make
